Prime Choice Home Care Solutions offers person-centered home care services, tailored to meet the unique needs, preferences and desires of each person we support. We provide home care services to individuals and families living in Twin Cities metro and suburbs. Our services and support are designed to provide the highest quality of in-home supports to older adults, people with disabilities, individuals recovering from an injuries, or medical procedures.
Since the establishment of Prime Choice Home Care Solutions, we have ensured that those who have entrusted their care to us only receive the “Prime Choice” standard of care which is rooted in total quality. Being able to enjoy life at home without compromising one’s need for protection and safety.
